We transmit your personal details, precisely your name, your delivery address and your contact phone number to our courier or delivery service as and when required. This is usually done via email. We only use professional, fully insured couriers and recognised delivery services, such as Collect+, Parcelforce, UPS. We also sometimes use a Third Party delivery broker, such as Parcelhero. These companies require your personal details to perform their services. We supply your details to them via their official sites.
B. Process payments
Purchases made on our website are handled by Squarespace and processed by Stripe. We do not see or have access to your payment details. We are provided with your delivery and billing address, name and contact details. This is so we can perform our service to you.
C. Following the law or protecting rights and interests
We disclose your personal information if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect our or others’ rights, property or interests. In particular, we may disclose your personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, such as to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
